I have over 21 years in the Real Estate industry. Currently, a Licensed Associate Broker, and a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. I specialize in listing and servicing the sale of your existing home. I will follow the transaction through every step, guiding you the Seller through the transaction.

 I also enjoy working with buyers to help them find their dream home. I service many communities within Massachusetts, including the greater Merrimack Valley.

I graduated from the American Real Estate academy in 1986. I have completed many continuing education courses in the past 21 years. These include the current agency laws, buyer and seller agency, financing, contract law, fair housing, and anti-trust. As well as appraisal courses including, appraising 1-4 family, and appraising income properties.

On a personal level, I have been a Billerica resident for many years, and have been a volunteer with local organizations such as, teaching CCD for St. Theresa’s in Billerica for 4 years. I assisted the Billerica High School Marching Band as a chaperone for 4 years. I am currently a volunteer for the Billerica Emergency Management Police Department, and have graduated the Northeast Regional Police Academy at Camp Curtis Guild in Reading.
